Altair Asesores has been awarded to provide final evaluation of the EU-Republic of Moldova Agreement(s) by creating the conditions through which the overriding objectives of political association and economic integration can be achieved with inclusive participation of the Civil Society. The selected team is evaluating the support to the civil society in active decision and policy making and implementation process and development the internal civils society capacities to interface with government and other stakeholders.
Furthermore, the project is evaluating the capacity building process of partnerships between government, civil society and other socio-economic actors in policy dialogue in the fields of good governance, social and economic development, and social protection.
