The main objective of the project evaluated by Altair Asesores is strengthening the effectiveness and impact of EU support to civil society in Mozambique. This objective is being implemented through two specific objectives; Progress assessment and stocktaking of the ongoing 11th EDF Support Programme to Non-State Actors in Mozambique: participation for inclusive growth – PAANE II and Identification and formulation of the support programme to civil society in Mozambique under NDICI. In addition, the following cross-cutting objectives are taken into consideration: environment and climate change, rights-based approach, rights of persons with disabilities, indigenous peoples, and gender equality.
