This technical assistance contract is integral to the EU for Property Rights Programme under IPA 2020 and IPA 2021 funding. It intends to:

• Monitor all technical implementation, advise the State Cadastre Agency as well as the Prime Minister’s Office on the overall coordination among the different projects and stakeholders and provide an ‘umbrella’ role for the property rights programme.

• Provide monitoring and coordination of all IT related activities (system and database) implemented by the other projects/contracts.
