The objective of this assignment was to assess the degree of compliance with the general and specific conditions, criteria and verification indicators for the purpose of disbursement of tranches under the Sector Reform Contract for PAR (SRC PAR) under IPA 2015. The team assessed the beneficiary’s continued compliance with the Public Policy General Condition and the specific conditions governing the release of all, part or none of the variable tranches for the 4th budget support disbursement.
