The global objective of this assignment is to support the socio-economic development of communities vulnerable to cannabis cultivation and trafficking.
Specific objectives included to:
1) Assist the municipalities contracted as grant beneficiaries to manage effectively and efficiently the Grant Scheme titled: EU for socio-economic development (as alternative to drugs cultivation and trafficking) in line with all applicable rules.
2) Support the EU Delegation in monitoring the grants scheme,
3) Support the Ministry of Interior and its Agencies to gather and analyse data and information on the implementation of the grants scheme, in relation to the National Anti-Drugs Strategy and the Action Plan for 2017-2020.
