The objective of the program was to strengthen the capacities of the two key institutions of the new national mechanism for the promotion and protection of human rights, the Conseil National des Droits de l’Homme and the Délégation Interministérielle des Droits de l’Homme, to exercise their mandate as defined by the Constitution and constitutive texts.
