Objective: The overall objective is to provide, via individual assignments defined and contracted through Specific Contracts, short-term expertise to support electoral processes in partner countries, concretely EEM, EFM and EXMs, studies and reviews on electoral matters.
The purpose of this lot is to:
• ensure adequate expertise and a cost-efficient implementation of electoral missions,
• ensure the availability of a limited number of selected service providers, capable of implementing EU electoral missions in often complex environments while ensuring the highest logistical, financial and security standards, on the widest geographic scope,
• encourage further development, improvement and innovation in the implementation of electoral missions and EU electoral missions.
