The European Commission has awarded Altair the impact assessment of EU funded actions contributing to sustainable peace and reconciliation in South Sudan to provide an independent impact assessment of EU funded actions contributing to sustainable peace and reconciliation in South Sudan. The specific objectives are:
- Assess, measure and document contributions of the interventions towards sustainable peace and reconciliation
- Provide key lessons learned, conclusion and related recommendation in order to improve current and future interventions (programming)
- Document “success stories” / “case studies”
- Provide a baseline information / context and possible impact and outcome indicators for ongoing and future interventions.
