Altair Asesores has been awarded to implement the technical assistance to Civil society organisation in Eritrea. The overall objective of this project will be focussed to strengthen the capacities of the local CSOs to access the international funds through calls of proposals. Our team will implement activities in order increase the knowledge of the local CSOs on the PCM and grant management. The local CSO capacities will be trained by our team in preparation of the concept notes and full applications, contract management, contract closure, narrative and financial reporting of grants.
