The European Union Delegation to Guinea-Bissau is preparing the Security and Justice Action Document as part of the above-mentioned 2023 Annual Action Plan. The general objective of the current assignment is to contribute to the implementation of the AAP 2023 in the framework of the MIP 2021-2027 in the area of the rule of law, notably in internal security and the justice sectors. The specific objective of this assignment is to elaborate and formulate a proposal for Action Document to contribute to strengthening the rule of law and the justice system in Guinea-Bissau.
