In the framework of SIEA 2018 Lot 3, the European Commission has awarded the consortium led by Altair with the support to the services of the EDF National Authorising Officer in the Republic of Congo. The objective is to improve the ownership and sustainability of EDF aid in the Republic of Congo. The specific objective is to improve the functioning and performance of the Directorate for Partnership with the European Union (DPUE) and to support the Directorate General for Development Partnership (DGPAD) in the transition from the current programming cycle to the next one, which is currently being validated.
