Objective: To contribute to the reform of the judicial system and the security sector; contribute to improving the capacity, performance and efficiency of the judicial system in CAR; and build the capacity of the security sector. This project contemplates working on a security pillar, a justice pillar, and a budget, Public Administration, and Communications pillar.
