This technical assistance (TA) is part of the continuity and complementarity of the interventions carried out by the European Union and the Council of Europe, and other international partners such as the American State Department, UNODC or the IOM in support to the National Commission, in place since 2019 and responsible for coordinating measures aimed at combating and preventing human trafficking. The TA intervenes in terms of institutionalization and strengthening of the organizational and management capacities of the Commission and its Secretariat, and in terms of operationalizing the implementation of Law 27-14.
