The purpose of the assignment is to strengthen the South African developement Community (SADC) Secretariat’s Project Support Unit (PSU), assist in the implementation of the SPMS (SADC Project Management System) across the SADC Secretariat’s project staff for the regional project portfolio, lead the integration of SPMS into the SADC Integrated Management System (SIMS), develop and implement business process workflows, and support the Senior Officer PSU in the implementation of the 11th EDF PAGoDAs.
