The purpose of this contract is to support the institutional strategic planning of the CNDH. It aims to facilitate and support the CNDH in defining:
• A new organization adapted to the recommendations of the new law and relevant to the strategic vision of the Board and allowing efficient and effective implementation of its action plans
• A monitoring framework for the strategic plan (with verifiable indicators), focusing on results both in terms of the institutional development of the CNDH and its mandate on the human rights situation in Morocco.
