Objective: To assist the three branches of power in improving the institutional set up and governance of the Justice sector policies and reforms; notably ensuring the independence of the judiciary and strengthening inter-sector strategic coordination; to contribute to improving service delivery in the justice sector with results- oriented and multi-annual budgeting and to strengthen capacities of dealing with the primary and secondary legislation and the practices needed for better access to law and justice.
