The Global objective of this mission was to recruit a team of experts to assist the European Commission in the evaluation and selection of the best proposals received under the Call Partnerships for sustainable cities. in line with the quality criteria set in the respective Guidelines for grant applicants. The specific objective: provide technical support to the European Commission services in order to reach the global objective, as regards both the technical and the financial assessment of the received proposals.
