The general objective of the service contract is to strengthen knowledge on migration issues in Côte d’Ivoire, focusing on the profile of candidates for irregular migration still in Côte d’Ivoire or already on the migratory routes and in the networks of smugglers. It aims to provide the Government with a set of data that it could use in the definition and implementation of national policy and to combat irregular migration.
