Objective: Supporting democratic governance in Jordan by strengthening the institutional and administrative capacity of the Chamber of Deputies (CdD), specifically including a gender approach both from the point of view of budget analysis, to allocate specific budgets for the fight against gender-based violence, exchanges on the inclusion of gender perspective in all laws and government projects, the inclusion of gender mainstreaming in public policies and the strategy for equality between men and women.
Preparing and carrying out activities to promote the integration of gender perspective in the development of policies and laws and emphasise the role of women in civic and public domains.
