The general objective (GO) of the intervention was to contribute to sustainable development and poverty reduction in Guinea-Bissau through the enhanced impact of cooperation with the European Union.It aimed to sustainably improve the interaction, efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of EU aid through the strengthening of the functional and institutional capacities of the National Authorizing Officer the European Development Fund and national institutions involved in cooperation with the EU.
