Objective: Contributing to the development of Honduras in democracy, securely and free from violence, in accordance with the National Plan and the Country Vision, in particular by strengthening the Judicial and Human Rights system. Its specific goal is to contribute to the improvement of governance and human rights in Honduras, through the consolidation of the rule of law, the strengthening of the national institutional framework for this purpose and the generation of regulatory frameworks.
