Objective: The general objective of the project is: Contribute to the strengthening of the rule of law through the implementation of the National Policy of Justice (NPJ) in the context of the SCADD (Stratégie de Croissance Accélérée et de Développement Durable, Accelerated growth and sustainable development strategy).
The general objective of the technical assistance required through three separate lots is the facilitation of the implementation, under the best conditions and as soon as possible, of the National Policy of Justice.
The specific objectives of this contract are:
Support an independent, credible, effective and accessible justice system through the implementation of the NPJ. It will support the government:
(i) the structural framework of justice is strengthened and ensures the independence of the judiciary,
(ii) the public service of justice is improved and accessible and
(iii) the instruments of NPC implementation are functional
