Altair Asesores provided technical support to EU Delegations on the assessment of proposals in the framework of country allocations of the Human Rights and Democracy Thematic Programme. The objectives of this service contract aim to respond to cross-cutting issues in EU-funded actions such as environment and climate change, human rights-based approach, persons living with disabilities, and gender equality. Assessments of proposals were carried out in Nigeria, Tajikistan, Honduras, Mexico, El Salvador, North Macedonia, Israel, Palestine, and Sri Lanka.
