The general objective of the European Union (EU) support evaluation is to determine whether the action “Capacity building: economic planning and port management” was a good instrument to improve the management capacities of two services administrative officers of the maritime affairs and port infrastructure management sector of Wallis and Futuna. The action aimed to make the territory more welcoming for businesses, develop capacities through training and knowledge and thus create the necessary conditions for inclusive and sustainable growth with quality jobs, in particular for young people and women.
