Altair Asesores was contracted to provide the final evaluation of the EU-Republic of Moldova Agreement(s) by creating the conditions through which the overriding objectives of political association and economic integration can be achieved with inclusive participation of the civil society. The selected team is evaluating the support of civil society in active decision and policy-making and in its implementation process, as well as the development of its capacities to interact with government and other stakeholders. The project also aims at building partnerships between government, civil society, and other socio-economic actors in policy dialogue and contributing to the implementation of the Association Agreement in the fields of good governance, social and economic development, and social protection.
