This evaluation aimed at providing an overall independent assessment on the past performance of the “Strengthening Reconciliation Processes in Sri Lanka”, paying particular attention to its results measured against its expected objectives; and the reasons underpinning such results; as well as drawing key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to inform the final stage of implementation.
