Global objective: the Global Objective of this ex-post evaluation is to provide an overall independent assessment and evidence on the impact of the ” Birth registration and Justice for children project in Angola “.

Specific objective: to provide an assessment on the two following areas:

a) to understand the performance of the Project, particularly its effectiveness, impact and sustainability as regards the contribution of the Birth registration system to increase in the rate of children registered in target provinces;

b) understand the contribution of the Project in the establishment and effective management of a justice for children system to improvement in the overall management of the protection of children in contact with the law.
