This final evaluation covers one intervention, including seven separate projects, financed by the EUTF in the borderlands of the Horn of Africa. Interventions focus on conflict prevention and conflict impact mitigation, on the promotion of economic and private sector development, including by fostering greater economic resilience, particularly among vulnerable groups (e.g. youth, women, displaced people), and on ensuring effective transboundary cooperation and coordination of cross-border initiative.
