The specific objectives of this contract were to: Assess the relevance, implementation conditions and performance of EU budget support to Morocco, in particular its effectiveness, sustainability and added value (at strategic and implementation level), also taking into account the other interventions through other aid modalities funded in the sectors assessed; Provide conclusions based on objective, credible, reliable and valid data; Draw lessons from past cooperation, and recommendations to improve current cooperation and future strategic choices.
