the educational offer; Social protection: strengthening and extension of comprehensive social protection systems; Employment: active employment policies, national vocational training systems; Public finance: inclusive and sustainable tax systems; Democratic governance: democratic institutions; transparency and fight against corruption; Social dialogue: strengthening of economic and social councils; Decentralisation: regional development and territorial cohesion; Justice: access to justice for vulnerable social groups; alternative dispute resolution mechanisms; care for victims of violence; employment opportunities for prisoners; Citizen security: violence prevention.
