Objective: Assisting the Contracting Authority in the selection of the best proposals received in a call for proposals launched on 23 February 2017 for Bangladesh under the EIDHR Country-Based Support Scheme (Lot 1) and to ensure a high quality, comprehensive and consistent project selection process according to the criteria set out in the Guidelines for Applicants and the general principles underlying the EU PCM approach, as well as the European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights and its policies.
Supporting, in Bangladesh, the advocacy and protection of gender equality, women’s rights and prevention of gender violence and minority rights (ethnic, religious and discriminated against for work reasons and descent).
