The objective is to ensure that results of EU co-operation strategies and their implementation are available to the EU services and relevant stakeholders to foster the up-take of lessons learned and to inform the decision making.

The scope of this contract is to carry out strategic evaluation :

• at Country level,
• Thematic and sectoral level,
• of Budget support operations,
• of Financial instruments, of Channels of aid implementation (other than Budget support)
