Living Together Without Discrimination Project – Study Visit to Madrid

Within the framework of the Living Without Discrimination project, a study visit to Spain was organized by representatives of Moroccan public institutions and professionals from the country’s media. The visit took place from 23 – 26 November 2021.

The participants had the opportunity to visit numerous Spanish institutions where they were able to exchange on the prevention and fight against racism from different perspectives (the Secretary of State for Migration, the General Council of the Judiciary, the Prosecutor’s Office, the Secretary of State for Security , the Ministry of Justice, the Ministries of Education and the National Institute of Social Security). They were also at the Fuenlabrada City Council with the Municipal Police of that town and at the Ramón y Cajal Hospital. The visit ended at the FIIAPP, where a space for reflection on migration and the media was created.
