Friday, September 8, 2023, the Minister of Finance and Budget Hervé Ndoba and the Head of Cooperation of the European Union in the Central African Republic Win Vandenbrouck participated in the delivery of digital training materials (E-Learning) to several ministries. This tool adds to all the efforts of the Central African government to shift to budget program mode in January 2025.
The primary advantage of this digital training tool is that it makes it possible to form a critical mass of people in all ministries. It is a sustainable solution that can be reused indefinitely by new civil servants or following ministerial reshuffles.
