In the framework of SIEA 2018 Lot 3, the European Commission has awarded the consortium led by Altair with the elaboration of a GAP III Country Implementation Plan (CLIP) and operationalisation of GAP III in Peru. The objective is to contribute to the promotion of gender equality in the country, through the implementation of GAP III.
