The DINIKA II program mainly aims to consolidate an innovative approach to strategic engagement and support for civil society in Madagascar, based on the demand of CSOs and implemented through a common multi-donor support fund for civil society. The general objective of the program is to contribute to the consolidation of democratic governance and civic culture in Madagascar through the growing and effective participation of various CSOs in the processes of economic and social development at all levels.
