The project purpose, encompassing three specific objectives, i.e., was to:
– Strengthen the capacities of the Prime Minister Office for management and coordination of Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIA) and Public Consultation;
– Improve and support the implementation of the existing Impact Assessment model;
– Improve and support an effective Public Consultation and public communication system
